You may place a request by phone or through the short order form. The form only sends what you write to the shop so that someone can call you back. Please provide enough information to identify the items and reach you about the request. An order is accepted only after we confirm the items, availability, final price, and collection or delivery details by phone. We may discuss substitutions or changes with you before confirmation. Sending the form is not, by itself, a completed sale. If details are unclear, we may contact you before deciding whether to accept it. No payment is taken through the form.
There is no online payment and no card payment. The full confirmed amount is paid in cash when you collect the order or when the order is delivered, and the form does not take payment. Please check the goods and cash amount at handover; delivery timing may depend on stock, address, traffic, weather, and the availability of delivery assistance.
You may cancel without charge before confirmation; afterwards, call promptly, though prepared or dispatched orders may not be cancellable and may incur reasonable costs.
You may request the return of an unused item within seven days after collection or delivery by contacting [email protected]. The item must be in its original saleable condition. Please include its packaging and accessories where supplied. You should also have the order details or other proof of purchase. We will check the item after receiving it. Where the return is accepted and required by applicable Philippine consumer rules, we will arrange a suitable replacement or cash refund. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Tavuro is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from delayed delivery, unavailable stock, or use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights. Our responsibility for a defective item remains subject to the rights available under Philippine law.
Mara's Kitchen Finds, Sole Proprietorship may update these terms when the shop, products, prices, or ordering arrangements change. The version posted on this site applies to new requests, while confirmed terms remain unchanged unless you agree or the law requires a change.
